I booked one flat in Al-Rafay. There is only 5 floor including ground floor. Project stopped from last 1 year. No progress and no good response from builder. I am not happy with Rajput builder.
Rajput builder are worst builder they mention they have complete 80% of work but 20 is pending for last 4 year, or may be longer as we booked apartment 4 year bk and its still in same position as when we book.wht the hell we have to do with that 80% work.
We have given all instalment, we booked it for our residence but still suffering.
After every few year they change member of management.blaming the previous one but actually i guess issue in higher management.
They must be fair and compitent enough to complete very small project of total 10 flat.
