Salam, Hope you will find this article with best health and wealth. Well, Today I am writing about Bahria Town Green Valley or also known as Bahria Greens. I am recieving much calls about this project. Those invested in green valley is now tired of it and don’t know what to do now. Most of them were less holding power, new investors, and aimed for short term investment. They are also getting worries due to demand by bahria town about due installments, and for your informations second installment is due in this month.
Now holders of green valley files are frustrated and concerned about loss. Because these new investors won’t to face loss, and also not ample financial resource to submit installments. Well, I mentioned almost in every post the Green Valley is the only project which facing loss from the right after launching. It went on profit only on launching night due to heavy speculation of Dealers and demand of customer. But after that night it starting going minus and still on minus. Five marla files went maximum on minus about 75,000 and minimum on minus 15,000. So now currently rate today is 70,000 minus. Similarly 10 marla fall about 110,000 minus and above.
It was the commitment of bahria town their map will be revealed on 30th april but they failed to honor it. Well, it will go up when bahria town will give you confirm date and location, and I think even after map it seems difficult to go up because it is depend on how map will be percieved So I recommend face the loss and sale it if you bought as a short term investment. Or you can only recover your loss. If you start trading even in minus.

Do we have any intake of location of Bahria Greens because at one stage we’ve heard that it will come in between Bahria Town and Bahria Orchard and connect them both through a road. If is it that so then there’s a hope that this project will give better outcomes? what do you think…

it seems quiet difficult to get level in near future, if you don’t bear that loss then you shouldn’t come

Dear its a fraud society as i have purchased a file from market and behria office transferred this file in my name now after 3 years they said my file if fake, even their office transferred this file in my name, if it was already transferred to some other’s name how can they transfer it to me. they don’t even inform me that file is fake i knew this when i was selling this file. Behria staff and management all are involved in it specially marketing department who sold out 2 files against one plot number and also transfer both to the owners.

Bahria green is at the time not a favorable project to short term investors. Map will be coming soon as per Bahria Town management.

We would like to bring this fact in notice of all concerned that Bahria Greens is a “Fake/Ponzi” and illegal Scheme launched by Bahria Town just to loot money from innocent people. The reasons are:
1. They didn’t launch it through print/electronic media rather launched it very secretly through its three bestowed dealers.
2. They didn’t announced its location otherwise their all old schemes are always announced mentioning at least tentative location.
3. Although they didn’t announce location formally but their bestowed dealers told verbally at the time of launch that it will be in main bahria after sector F becuae otherwise they couldn’t justify its high launch price (about Rs. 5 lacs per marla for a 5 marla plot). If they declared its location at Orchard none would purchase a single file as price prevailing there (phase-2) at that time was Rs. 2.5 lacs per marla.
4. More than a year has passed that they still have not been able to announce location officially and formally.
5. On 19 Sep 2014 LDA has issued a list of “Under Approval Housing Projects” in Lahore division in all national newspapers and Bahria Greens is not included in it.
Due to this attitude Bahria Town’s all schemes are in negative.
All above depicts that it is a fake scheme which has been launched by Bahria Town just to loot billions of rupees from innocent people. If people remained silent they will be deprived-off the entire money or a huge portion of it in term of re-sale value of the file/form.
It is therefore high time that effectees of Bahria Greens should take appropriate action to get return their deposited amounts with mark-up for one year – as you know they themselves apply surcharge for delayed payments.
In this context all available options should be used like:
1. Approach Bahria town Management to return the money with mark-up.
2. Launch protest/Dharna at Shahkam chowk with intimation All electronic and media people may be informed about it for proper coverage. Dharne should include complete blockade of Shahkam chowk (both sides of canal roads, Defense/Ali Akbar Road, Roads to Bahria Town). We can’t wait anymore.
3. Awareness about Bahria Town’s looting attitude on social media.
4. Approaching electronic media to state money laundering stories of Bahria Town.
People should not allow Bahria Town to make them fool again and again.

I got call from 04235451576, showing Bahria Town representative, saying my application for Bahria Green Valley REFUND has been approved(I did not make any such request). He asked me to submit original file to Bahria office and 10% of amount will be deducted.

Behria greens Lahore is a fraud , they have sold 2 files for one plot in the market , i have purchased one file from the market and behria office transferred this to my name and i recived confirmation / installment letter from behria , and now they claim my file is fake and already transferred to some other name. fraud is done by Behria staff and management. be care full while investing in behria greens.
