Seems they are looting people. Over prices units based on the location also payment plan includes monthly payments like 90 thousand, quarterly payments like 1 lakh and 50 thousand then dramay bazi like every time payment on booking, allotment, confirmation, on plinth, on block works, on painting, on plaster etc. Each payment average is Rs 6,00,000
