When i called to bahria town help line they said only those peoples are eligible, if their monthly income is less than 20 thousand and more than 10 thousand . and they also submit registration forms for booking .

Last date for registration in low cost housing scheme was 4th Oct , 2013 now no one can submit his/her forms.

    SHC Notices Repondents In Bahria Town Project Case,
    KARACHI: The Sindh High Court (SHC) on Thursday granted four-week pre-arrest protective bail to Bahria Town owner Malik Riaz Hussain in a land corruption case.
    Without obtaining NOC from authorities concerned, Bahria Town administration started the registration process which according to him was illegal, said advocate Maulvi Iqbal Haider counsel for the petitioner.
    KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Friday issued notice to secretary Ministry of Port and Shipping, chairman Karachi Port Trust and Port Qasim Authority, chief secretary Sindh and other official respondents, asking them to submit comments on a petition against launching of Bahria Town Projects in Karachi.
    The petitioner, Maqsood Ahmed, impleaded secretary, Ministry of Port and Shipping, chairman Karachi Port Trust and Port Qasim Authority, chief secretary Sindh, chairman Board of Revenue, director General of Sindh Building Control Authorities, chief executive officer Bahria Town, directors Clifton and PECHS zone and three private banks as respondents.
    He submitted that Bahria Town administration has announced three projects Bahria Town Icon, Bahria Town Tower and Bahria Town Karachi in the city in different areas of the city. He said that Bahria Town administration was bound to obtain No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the provincial authorities of the land where the projects were launched.
