Since the project is launched, there is continuous fluctuation of market rate starting from day one and we have received so many calls regarding the clarity of rate differentiations especially after Bahria Town has given Public Notice. As a matter of fact, there are two types of deals happening in the market. First, Bahria is doing advertisement in electronic and print media offering 425k and 650k down payment for 250sy and 500sy respectively. Bahria authorized dealers (Enem Associate, Ali Saqlain, Athar Associates and few other big names) are offering same price as announced by Bahria and making confirm deals at level control price.
Secondly, few sub dealers offering different type of lesser rates for booking i.e. 50k to 60k less from control price as per current market rate. This is eventually happening due to rebate and incentive offered by Bahria to dealers. According to our sources, 125k incentive is being offered to dealers against each booking and dealers are cascading few portion of the amount to their customers in order to get maximum number of bookings.
Few innocent investors, overseas buyers and end users are not aware of the fact and losing handsome amount of hard earned money in just one jerk.

If you are in interested in Bahria Sports City booking, definitely go for it as it is good project from investment point of view and provides option to be a part of world class immunities. However please keep the following facts in mind while making your deal.
Avoid buying direct deal from Bahria or take incentive from authorized dealers as per market rate that fluctuates on daily basis.
Get your confirm booking from any trust worthy dealer @ market price which is 50 to 60k less at this point in time and can vary with the passage of time. In this way you can save handsome amount of perks simply.
