In a case against Haji Adam Jokhio Managing Director, Karim Housing Project Karachi and others the Board accepted Voluntary Return (VR) of Rs 442 million and decided to refer the case to Sindh building Control Authority / Association of Builders and Developers (ABAD) for further necessary action at their end to redress the grievances of allottees.
In this case the accused persons were alleged for cheating public at large where the society did not handed over the plots to allotees. Even there is no development made at site after lapse of more than 20 years. The society also cancelled plots without intimation to allottees. Since 1990 to date, the accused persons booked plots against heavy amounts from the general public in three housing projects namely M/s Gulshan-e-Elahi, Gulshan-e-Muhammad and Muslim City projects of M/s Karim Housing Project Pvt Ltd.

How dare they are sending their add of Karim town on different media. They are dacoits because they collected money from public over few decades in the name of different projects like gulshun e Ilahi, gulshun e Muhammad and Muslim city. But nothing people got for their effort and money. Is there anyone who can stop them for their theft? I ask government to help the general public in achieving their plots and fulfill their grievances. i have a plot in gulshan-e-elahi also , now they are asking to pay 5 lakhs for lease and development charges which is double amount from 2014 when it was 2.5 lakhs. Amount is too much and asking to pay in lump sum also, are the charges true or fraud.
I recently visited the site some development are made after a gap of 20 years approx.
Please help me and give any suggestions .

These fraud peoples purchase your plot after deduction of 25% of total payment of plot and sale to other person minimum Rs.1,100,000/- excluding development charges.
So don’t loos hope.

My Mother have booked a plot in gulshan e Elahi. we got the allotment letter, we have paid all the dues along with the leasing charges, but still we are waiting for possession. I visited the site last week, still there is no plotting although they are developing the sewerage system. According to officials once the govt uplift the banned on lease, possession will be given along with the lease documents.
So, they friends please any one can provide the information about NAB verdict regarding the case?

3. If they said about lease payment, then ask them, when they will give us
lease of plot
If they said lease is stop from the Govt.
4. Say them when lease will open, inform the members through advertisement

by post (you have already addresses of members and phone numbers)
