Finally, Bahria Town NawabShaha is going to be launched tomorrow at 20-08-2015, Bahria Town delayed three days due to check public response in market and busy in negotiating registration price with dealers. Well, today Bahria Town NawabShah Forms will be available on MCB and UBL assigned branches at the price of 1,000 rs.
Well, Authorised dealers of Bahria Town has been started booking but in dealer quota you have to pay registration price + form price which is 30,000 and 1,000 respectively and today forms were traded between 3,000 to 5,000 ONN in Bahria Town Lahore market. But now what is looking to me in Bank you have to pay 1,000 only to get forms instead of registration fee that is 30,000. So Bahria Town Nawabshaha form through bank is looking better due to price difference and i heard bank form Onn price is 7,000 to 8,000 currently. But here another question is Bahria town dealers those run market always prefer dealer quota instead of Bank Quota. I think in the starting bank quota will be traded and after submission of registration dealers quota will be much traded.
Well, there is also news more than 50,000 Bahria Town NawabShah forms will be given by Bahria Town, Well, those interested to take Bahria Town Nawabshah forms having aim to sell forms immediately should go for bank forms, and those intersted to participate after registration game should go for Dealer quota forms, and here i suggest don’t hold it for months ( hope you got my point).

MCB and ubl not issuing forms and public and genuine customers now lack trust in bahria housing schemes due to their non professional behavior. Huge interest was observed in Royal Orchard multan and commoners gold valley housing schemes.
We have bad experience with Baharia Town for not meeting their commitment as they had announced for balloting for Baharai Town Karachi by the end of June but still the balloting not done without any reason.
Similarly Baharia Town Rawalpindi Islamabad plots in phase 8 in some block not yet delivered after passing of more then 10 years. they are very active collecting installment and sending reminders to customer and putting surcharge on delay installment but poor in management for time delivery as per their commitments without any compression for late delivery of plots.
I do agree with above 2 negative comments about bahria but still a big number of buyers were seen even after form price jumped 20k from 1k.
ppl views reflects there experiences. .. its true that in many cases victims faced such poor services but don’t ignore the life style of other enjoying by living in bahria. Presence of such complaints is like salt in flour. …….
