Payment :  Booking for residential apartments is starts from 10  % – down payment and rest of the amount will be paid in 30 monthly and 6 half yearly installments . All payments will be cleared in 3 years . All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Al-Mustafa Arcade .
