Mr Farhan your analysis is totally wrong. Bahria is losing its credibility due to failure of its new project in lahore. That is the main cause of Bahria Town Karachi Down Fall. What do you think if bahria’s projects go in negative like Bahria Green Valley Lahore. Some people were saying civic center commercial project is backbone of Bahria Town Lahore on your blog. It means bahria town backbone has been broken.
Bahria Karachi will never get successfull in this way.
But now we have heard investment of Islamabad and Lahore start returning to islamabad and Lahore that is why bahria lahore / islamabad rates start eastablishing again. Experienced Realtors are saying Bahria Lahore & Islamabad start moving up. Within few days rates will go quite up in Bahria Town Lahore & Islamabad.
