Here is the details of extra charges for residential plots which charged due to the location of the plot  ,

Extra charges :

• Corner plots : 10 %
• West open plots : 5 %
• Road facing : 5 %

All of the above extra charges are same for each size of residential plot ,

Discount :

Noor township housing scheme also offer a discount for all sizes of residential plots if you pay full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail below offer :

• 10 % discount

Notes :

1. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer ,
2. These charges are not added in payment plans and customer will pay these charges on demand ,
3. All installments must be deposited before 10th of every moth ,
4. Fine will be charged per day due to late installments ,
5. Allocation of plots will remain provisional until all payments is received ,
6. All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days ,
7. All payments made in form of demand draft and pay order in favor of Koh-e-noor builders and developers ,
