A very bad experience. Bought a ‘kanal’ plot. The kanal turned out to be actually 18 marlas instead of the required 20 marlas sold by Shaukat their lands guy. 2 former colonels (don’t really believe they must be from army). Very corrupt society. Land measurement problems. They charge for grid station when there is no sign of a grid station. Great electricity fluctuations with low voltage problems. Burnt clothing from nearby factories lands on area and houses. Dirty stink and smell from nearby factory. I would not recommend buying any land or house in this society.
