I would definitely prefer Lahore over Sargodha any day of the week.
As we are seeing the forms businesses from the last couple of years invented by Bahria Town, from that point of view purchase Sargodha forms at the time of launching and sell it immediately when you will get profit. Because in forms business 90% of people purchased for short term of investment, and forms business base on speculative market and this is not Real Estate Business.

fazaia authority made a blunder to sale their forms.all surrounding housing schemes which were very successful and elite class was living in those schemes declared red zone by cantonment board sargodha. Cantonment board was forced to do this by fazaia.Tens of thousands people are deeply affected by this move financialy.people of those areas are cursing them.so inshalah this housing scheme will fail inshalah
all this was said in a property dealers meeting.it can be just rumor.i am sure all this(declaring red zone was done due to security reasons. we can’t expect Fazaia can use such ugly tactics
