All of the above charges are same for residential and commercial plots and these charges are not added in payment plans ,

There is also a discount offer for residential plots if you pay full payment at the time of booking you can avail a discount offer ,

Notes :

1. All extra charges are payable by customer after booking with in 180 days ,
2. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer ,
3. These charges are not added in payment plans and customer has to pay on demand ,
4. All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month ,
5. The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received ,
6. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Noor valley housing scheme or Koh-e-noor builders and developers ,
