Master City Gujranwala is a project by the famous Master Group ( Master Paints, Master tiles etc) officially launched at 30th May 2015. Project booking was started by official dealers of Master City couple of months ago. Moreover there is 50,000 to 60,000 ON/PROFIT on 5 marla files and other files are available at level rate.
We have heard so much about the master city project. Some say Bahria Town is backing this project to give tough time to Citi Housing projects, but after attending Malik Riaz’s opening ceremony of Citi Housing Faisalabad, this news doesn’t sound to scary. As we know Master Group have deep relation with Malik Riaz and Master Group family living in Bahria town from many years and currently construction of Master Group House over 100 Canals at main road of Sector- F.
The most authentic story of this project is Master group purchased this land for purpose of factory but after declaration of residence area by Government they decided to launch a housing scheme. Master City is located in the front of kanal so for the NOC they needed to construct bridges. Well, now the bridges has been constructed and NOC has been given away. The Extraordinary Gate is on construction phase. Master City adopted a modern infrastructure; claiming zero load shedding like Bahria Town. Now we have seen many housing scheme claiming these type of features as Bahria town is giving to their residence for many years.
I met the owner of Master City ( Mian Masood ) and he “We are giving 4000 files in phase 1 ( forget the actual figure), and we have already clear land of these files, and he claimed in Master City no extra files will be sold and no speculation market will perform in Master City as we have seen in Bahria Town and Citi Housing”. Well, let see what actually happens. Master Group consider’s themselves one of most sound financial group of Pakistan and belong to Tableeghe Jammat . In my opinion this project will have good future .

The Biggest Fraud in the History of Gujranwala Master City. Please be aware that Master City just purchase few Acre from front Just for main Gate & for main road. The other remaining land that show in the project is not purchased from Master City. The farming is going on in that fields. Today the people of Master City tried to take control of those land by force but they were not able to do that. Some while I’ll send Videos & Pictures of that moment.
