Payments amount of booking and other payments made in form of demand draft , pay order in favor of Zraj group builders .

For corner and main boulevard 10 % extra charge ,

If any payment will be late to mentioned date 15 % fine will be charged

In case of cancellation of agreement the booking amount will be not be refundable ,

House allotted to an applicant shall not be used for any purpose other than applied or meant for
n case of any dispute arises between the allottee and the Zaraj Group Builders concerning the
allotment in any manner, the dispute will be referred for final decision to sole arbitrator nominated by
the Zaraj Group Builders whose decision shall be final and binding on the parties to the dispute.
Reference to arbitration shall be a condition precedent to any litigation.
