Salam to all value readers, Hope you are great in health and other good stuff, well Bahria town has been given two ads regarding their Karachi projects, some people have confused and didn’t understand the instructions / message by Bahria town. Well, in today article i will try to transformed these ads in to simple language.

The first ad has given on 07th December 2014, that created a lot of tension to those forms holders didn’t opened their forms. “ Well, in this ad , the basic message was change deadline date of transfer opening forms registration / or transfer . Well some people got confused about submitting, so the submission date is still 28th February 2014 of all projects of bahria town karachi projects. Some people called me n asked , are there forms will be turned into piece of paper if they fail to open it. So, if they want to sale their forms before ballot, so it is vital to open it, if they won’t so you don’t need to open it. if you opened it already and want to participate in ballot, so submit it before 28th feb 2014. but you should go for open it then you will have a choice”

Well, on the last date of opening registration, we have seen long of queues out side the bahria town offices, and still the same situation found, ( fake forms, date not found, duplicate entries) and other issues, People got humiliated at that day nothing else, Well, you still have a chance to open it, Because date is not fully updated so far, so you can go and say to them, we came on 08th , but data was not updated, so we are now here again to open it.

In today ad on 09-01-2014, bahria town has announced another thing, there is a compulsion for those people must take or booking in projects of bahria town with their own names at the time of project launching having original registration forms (those forms which are not opened & submitted with their own names) or original transfer certificate ( those certificates which are transferred in bahria town offices) . Well, thats means you will must purchase / book / and buy, if you will successful in ballot. And for those having original open certificates will take part in ballot through submission of their open certificates along with booking forms, In booking forms you will note you particulars as you did in submission of forms. These booking forms for holders of open certificates will available at bahria town offices and their subscribed branches at the time of launching.

Well, In both ads bahria town has also claimed, these all projects are launching soon, but as i predicted earlier, Bahria town Karachi will gonna soon, so now it is confirmed through ad, So rates will may go upward, but now many people got upset due to their dramatically dates changes in opening registration. this all drama created to push up their Projects, but rates are towards downwards except bahria town 15,000 slips. I personally think , rates of 15,000 will go upward in next couple of days. Well, let see what exactly happen.

Today rates of Opal 225 is about 170,000

Hoshang pearl rate is 130,000

Karachi 15,000 slip rate is 135,000
