Here is the details of extra charges of offices and apartments due to its location with in the project mentioned below and also some important terms and conditions for booking ,

Extra charges :

1. Corner charges : 10 %
2. Main road charges : 10 %
3. Main road + Corner : 10 %

All of the above charges are same for every apartment and office ,

Discount :

There is also a discount offer for offices and apartments , If you pay full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail discount offer 

Notes :

1. All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days  .
2. The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received ,
3. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable after booking,
4. These charges are not added in payment plans and will be paid by customer .
5. All payments made in form of demand darft , pay order in favor of Galaxy builders  .
