Here is the details of payment and some extra charges which apply on the location of the villa and other terms & conditions of booking claimed by project developers :

Extra charges :

5 marla : –

• Corner ; Rs 100,000/-
• West open ; Rs 50,000/-
• Road facing : Rs 50,000/-
• Park facing : Rs 50,000/

3 Marla :

• Corner ; Rs 100,000/-
• West open ; Rs 50,000/-
• Road facing : Rs 50,000/-
• Park facing : Rs 50,000/-

All of the above extra charges will be paid after booking ,

There is also a discount offers for each size of villa if you pay full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail discount offer , 

Notes :

1. Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and paid by customer on demand ,
2. These charges and extra charges mentioned above are not added in payment plans and payable after booking ,
3. All extra charges will be paid after booking
4. All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order in favor of Falaknaz properties karachi .
5. There is also a loan offer for villas 
6. All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month ,
