Here is the details of extra charges on apartments depending upon the location or some important notes which apply on booking .

Above extra charges are same for each size of apartment .
Notes :

All extra charges will pay after booking with in 180 days .

All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favour of alghafoor builders and developers .

Documentation charges are not added in payment plans .

All documentation charges will be paid by customer on demand after booking .

The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received .

All installments must be deposited before 10th .
