My walida has bought a 2 bedroom apartment here type b, 8th floor. The company has a good reputation and we would like to do business with them (so does couple of my other friends too). But I just have one hesitation for royal. While my walida was finalizing her decision to buy the apartment, royal immediately raised the price of two bed apartment from 35.5 lacs to 37.5 lacs and stated the payment schedule is updated and new. My friend reached out to them as she is also interested in royal and they shared old payment schedule with her which still had 35.5 lacs as price listed for type b apartments. My understanding is: New payment schedule was only updated in my transaction. It was not officially announced on their facebook site neither anywhere else & royal reps are still sharing old payment schedule to potential clients. Why was I quoted 2.5 lacs higher price? I am not sure. My Walida is re-considering her decision at this point. Anyone else has similar issue with them?
