Successful launching of fazaia housing scheme apartments Karachi

Fazaia housing scheme has been launched today and they created market hype as I shared with you three days ago and it has done very well on opening day. As they had already grabbed the attention of public of Karachi about this scheme, today they have given the ad on the front page of leading newspapers and fazaia received overwhelming response by people of Karachi. As it is already mentioned in my last post fazaia housing scheme will sell in black and it happened exactly in-fact it has been started from last five and six days.

Fazaia housing scheme is just offering you the registration, actual project will be launched later, Fazaia has adopted Bahria town strategy by offering just registration for the amount of 10,000 for standard apartment and 15,000 for luxury apartment. Last year Bahria town gave Bahria town Karachi slip amount of 15,000, which would be worth of 150,000 and those invested initially got good pay backs on their investments.

Why Registration strategy instead of proper launching

The purpose of this registration or this strategy is because hyper market in business terminology involve numerous/ massive people. The amount they set for registration (10,000 and 15,000) is very nominal so every one can go for it. When massive people are involved, it will get more attention and it will make good perception about the project, when others see massive involvement it would make more impact and then more people will be involved. So then rates of registration form go up due to demand and after that speculative market is started and also demand and supply formula, like we are experiencing in bahria town karachi for more than last year. I hope you got my point here.

Well, here no official location is disclosed for Fazaia housing scheme but according to my source it will be launched on super highway after crossing Bahria town Karachi, purpose of registration selling i noted above, so now we have to wait for actual launching then the picture will be clear as what exactly are they offering , their payment plans and other things.

I think if Bazaia has a plan to follow exact Bahria strategy then registration price of Fazaia will go up so you should enroll in it and sell it after getting some profit, the risk of 10,000 and 15,000 is nothing: by offering just registration their entire project will be sold or may be sold on the opening day.

Should invest or not ?

Well, overall this scheme is launched by PAF which has a good reputation for obvious reasons. In lahore this scheme is considered good for investment. Well, what i think you should purchase this registration because there is nothing to lose. And I feel people will get good profit and there are going to be numerous tradings in Fazaia housing scheme registration. Though my expertise is in Bahria town Lahore and Karachi, i am just sharing my thoughts.

Fazaia Karachi project is going to be flopped now if official location announced by fazaia is near flopped project taiser town, kidnapping of families & snatching of cars are the daily basis crimes of there… National highway location of PAF and Malir Cantt road location of PAF is good in future
