AL- Kabir Town Updates!

I hope you all are great and doing well in life. Many of you must have heard about Al-Kabir town on Raiwind road Lahore and many of you must have visited it. Those people who are reading first time about Al-Kabir town, let me first tell you few things about Al-Kabir town.
Al – Kabir town phase 1 is launched about 3 years back located next to Beacon house university almost opposite to GVR sector of Bahria town Lahore. While phase 1, which is launched 2 years back approx is hardly situated 1 Km from ring road interchange at Adda Plot Raiwind Road. Al – Kabir town offers plots of size 03 marla and 05 marla whereas possession is already given in phase 1 and few houses are also under-construction, whereas 1 bed and 2 bed rooms apartments are also available in phase 1.

Now its turn for Phase 2 of AL-Kabir town, which is situated at Raiwind road opposite Lake city Lahore. It consist of block such as A, B and C and E block, then comes Usman and Ali Block and now recently Umer block is launched. Lately, I am visiting Al-Kabir town regularly and keeping an eye of development there, and the thing I learned is Al-Kabir town is currently a hit, but it is surely going to become a super hit. Al Kabir town is the need of the time, the way our population is expanding and the pattern of migration in Lahore suggests that low income housing scheme is need of the time and Al – Kabir town provides the great opportunity to low income users as well as new generation (millennial’s) who are willing to save for the future.
I recently met Mr. Aurangzeb Chaudhry, and discuss about development going on in AKT, First of all he is such a humble person, always there to solve the problems of authorized dealers and those people who have invested in AL-Kabir town. He is a visionary person who is willing to offer good lifestyle to the community who can’t afford luxurious properties.

In AL-Kabir town, 3 marla plots are the ultimate hit, initially 3 marla plots were launched at 15 lac base price with very affordable installment of 25,000 per month. In A, B and C blocks, development work is near to completion and as discussed with CEO AL-Kabir town Mr. Aurangzeb Chaudhry, hopefully possession will be announced in approx next 3 – 6 months. Currently own price in these blocks are 3 lacs to 6 lacs approx. Rates in E block and Ali block is 25000 own to 250,000 own as per location and category plots.

What’s Next? 

As far I am anticipating, E block rates are going to increase after Eid. The reason behind the E block is land is purchased and transferred on company’s name and hopefully development work will be started. As soon as the development starts rates will jump from approx 1 lac own to 2 lac own. If you are willing to buy plots in AL-Kabir town E block and few area of Ali block is best for purchasing.


If you have any plan’s to buy plot in AL-Kabir town, started with minimum expectations as profit in AKT are not same as compare to other big brands profit are not in millions or even lacs. Profit margin for short term traders are from 50,000 to 1 lac, but rates will increase slowly and steadily eventually. But the positive thing is you can start investing and become a landowner with initial payment of only 7 lacs approx, which includes down-payment, installments x 5, and own money.

Big Break

Along with every investment opportunity there comes a risk. AKT currently prospering slowly and steadily, but I believe the big break of AKT is yet to come. All the documents for government approvals for AL-Kabir town is on the final stages in LDA, currently documents have been submitted for the approval of 241 Kanals of land. As soon as the NOC is cleared rates appreciation is expected 4 to 6 lacs eventually. Rates in AKT are very reasonable yet. In ICON valley phase 2, plots have been sold at the price of 24,30,000 where as 2 lacs / marla development charges are also applicable after 1 year, in total 3 marla plot will be cost around 30 lac. I will suggest you to at least visit once and have a look by yourself then decide. Is it worthy to Invest in Al-Kabir town.
Note: NOC of phase 1 is already cleared.
