Bahria town has been in spot light from last few years, for appreciation in prices. No doubt, Bahria town has shown tremendous growth in last few years and prices appreciates from 250% to 500% in residential plots, where as this ratio sky rocketed for commercial, as it touches 400% – 800%.
I am bringing you the series of analysis of different blocks of BTL. Firstly I am starting with sector “A”. It is believed that this sector is different from other sectors, The main reasons are:
It is located at right side of entrance BTL, right on canal road, it’s location is believed as the best in town, secondly its a very peaceful sector than any other block in BTL. Thirdly the elite sector as compared to other sectors, mostly plots in this area are Kanal, 2 Kanal and 4 Kanal. Only few 10 marla plots available only to cover boundaries.
PRICE
Prices in sector A are less than other developed sector’s. you can get Kanal plot in 100-120 lac, but in exceptional cases like odd locations plots are available around 85-90 lac, whereas prices of 2 kanal is 190-225 lac.
Clients reject this sector because of it’s peace. Mostly people here want to get surrounded by rushy areas.
But if you are willing to move BTL, and want a peaceful life, surrounded by greenery, in my opinion, your obvious choice should be Sector A.

Well Wriiten. I am living in sector A from last one year the main problem of this sector is Shahkham Industries and Industrial Drain. When the direction of wind is towards Sector A . You can not open your house window due to smell and unhealthy environment. My Ac & Refrigerator get out of order due to these gases.
That is why Sector A of Bahria Town, Suckh Chayn Garden and Canal Garden are not recommended. i am planning to move inside Bahria Town. Otherwise Bahria Town should resolve this Shahkham Industry issue and Industraial Nala.
