yes dear 125 square yard also has as same potential as other cetegories. Now for investment Precinct 27 & 28 are much suitable due to lower price comparitvely and good locstion.
In my opinion now Ali block prices will rise gradually, For me As i noted above P27 & 28 for investments in current scenario.

Sports city project got attention from last three months, I suggest if you are looking for 250 square yard then go for precinct 34 and 40. It is because these both precinct have direct access from main jinnah avenue. You can find the plot in the range 8 to 20 lac own. First choice should be near stadium.
