CDA Park enclave in Islamabad is the residential housing scheme by Capital development authority . This housing scheme was launched in 2011 and now development work of the project is near to complete . Balloting : Project offers now 1 kanal and 2 kanal residential plots through balloting . Application Forms will be available after 17 November , 2014 you can get these application forms from CDA one window Directorate , Muslim Commercial Bank and Askari Banks . Last date for submission application forms is 17 December , 2014 .
Location : Park Enclave housing scheme in Zone-IV of Islamabad . It is located approximately 9 km (15 minutes) drive from Islamabad Club and approx. 3 km (7 minutes) drive from Chak Shahzad, at the intersection of Park Road and Kuri Road .Project has also easy access to Kashmir Highway, Lehtrar Road & Islamabad Highway.

Again the Balloting will be rigged. As no action has been taken against the Rigged Balloting and neither the Re-balloting has been performed.
