I bought a house there…Its been 2 months now.. They are having very poor management. Damn arrogant and disgusting, illiterate behavior of officials towards people who live in their so called society.
Once I compliant about something, One of their major official person said … “You can sell your house if you dont wana live here”
Very poor management with regards to electricity. Wapda electricity just introduced here and they got an awesome idea to rob people in an innovative way.
Wapda installation fee is 7 to 10k (single phase) They are taking 25k for each connection to all the existing houses.
There is no one you can talk to about this chawal or many other chawalzzz…..
If you looking for some peaceful environment with atleast basic needs to live …. DONT CHOOSE THIS PLACE… Baki apki marzi..
