This application form is also available at the head office of Red sun associates  and site office of capital square  .All the details are mentioned below . Booking  : Booking for apartments and shops are now open and starts from 20 % down payment rest of the amount will be paid in monthly installments . Starting monthly installments for shops and apartments is Rs 26,000 and 42 ,000/- . Cash price of 2 room apartments is Rs 26,00,000/- and cash price of shops is Rs 16,00,000/- .
