Terms & conditions for booking :
There is some important notes mentioned by project developers for booking ,

If any one pay booking amount and later on he or she fails to continue payments then agreement will be cancel and booking amount will not refundable .

Allocation will be confirmed after paying full amount .

All installments and payments must be cleared before 10th of every month .

In case of change of address customer should inform to mall of pindi within 15 days other wise in time of recovery if there any problem related to payments than agreement will be cancelled .

Documentation charges of electricity gas and water , and registry charges will be payable by customer on demand after booking .

Payments will be made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque .

In case size of the unit will increase as compare to actual measurement than applicant should pay extra cost on demand .

In case applicant cancel the agreement than all payments will be refund in 12 months .

Applicant should not transfer his owner ship to any one without permission to Mall of pindi .

Applicant does not take any activity which changed the elevation and shape of the unit .

After getting possession applicant will pay service and maintenance charges .
