Booking for residential plots is starts from Rs 10,000/- and rest of the amount will be paid in monthly installments . Monthly installment for residential plot is started from Rs 4,000/- , This prices will be vary with the size and location of the plots . All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order and cheque in favor of Shaya’s city .

Application form :

For booking of residential plots and commercial plots in Shaya’s city housing scheme application forms are available at the official website of this project . This form is also available at the head office of Samabara builders and developers and also at the site office of this housing scheme All the details are mentioned below of offices  , You can also take part in online booking through this link .
