Terms & conditions :
- The plots will be offer on first come first served basis their is no proper balloting procedure .
- Application forms for booking will be accepted with booking payment is shape of demand draft , pay order in favour of IBECHS.
- The utility charges like Electricity gas and water will be charged other than booking payment .
- If any customer want to with draw for booking 15 % will charge to that customer as service charges .
- The owner should not sell or transfer his plot to any one with out permission of IBECHS .
- The construction of plot will be done according to CDA .
