May be once you or some of ur family member or a friend visited to a society to buy a plot.you gave money but u never fulfil your desire.there are thousands of similar stories.people lost millions of rupees.they lost their entire savings of their lives and they have got nothing.this is why because of fake societies and towns.fake people create fake society and looted innocent people.they collect billions of rupees and run away.no one was there to caught them.but now chief minister punjab Mian.Shehbaz Sharif has decieded to take action against these fake socities or fake towns.now there will be a strong law to take strong actions against these fake people.according to this law all the private housing societies and towns will be responsible to give the plots or house to the person who has paid the money,If the society will not give the plot to the person then the government will take immediate and strong action against the owner of that society.Punjab Government is also going to create an organization at the provincial level to solve these real estate issues.
this is a very good decision from the CM shehbaz shareef.we hope that this law will help people to recover their money or at least their desire plots.and we also hoping that this law will be a alert for fake societies.
