Note: Registered Members of Fazaia are all those Individuals who do possess Registration Slip of 10,000 or 15,000 deposited initially at HBL and holders of Open Registration Certificates

1. For the convenience of our Members, we have sent the Booking Forms to all our Registered Members (who didn’t obtained Open Certificates) at their door step Free of Cost.

2. All members who do possess Open Certificates can get the booking forms Free of Cost from the Project Office of Fazaia Housing Scheme, Karachi, Lahore & Rawalpindi or from the offices of authorized dealers.

3. Applicant willing to go for booking needed to fill the booking form completely and should be clearly signed at the back of booking form.

4. Members of Standard Apartments (10,000) cannot choice any apartment from Luxury Category and similarly Members of Luxury Apartments (15,000) cannot choose any apartment from Standard Category. In case of wrong entry, the subjected booking form shall be canceled and will not qualify for balloting

5. Minimum 01 and Maximum 04 Registrations (Open Certificate or Registration Slips) can be attached with one booking form which will be given adjustment of Rs.60,000/-each in the payment plan. For further details, visit our
discount/adjustment post. In case of attaching Registration Slips, Registration Numbers to be written on booking form and all registrations should have same Name and CNIC as mentioned on Booking Form

7. Holders of Open Certificate should only write the certificate number on the booking form. Please be advised not to write the Registration Number mentioned on Open Certificate.

8. In case of attaching Open Registration Certificates Name and CNIC No. mentioned on open certificates do not necessarily to be matched with the details mentioned on Booking Form

9. Pay order should be in favor of Fazaia Karachi Collection Account No. 00427901591703

10. Applicant should write their Name, CNIC No., Booking form No. and Signature at the back of Open Registration Certificate/Registration Slips

11. Booking Form along with the attached original documents should be deposited at any branch of HBL or at Project Office at Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi.
