Hello, readers. Today a final meeting has been done about cancelled files of Bahria town Karachi, as i have told you already in the my last post, today in meeting Mr Shahid Qureshi GM Bahria Town, announced Bahria town is giving their customers an opportunity to restore their files after paying four installments and restoration fees. Well, restoration fee is applied according to market price, they are charging heavily on commercial, apartment & homes, and also giving some compensation in restoration fee for 1 paid installment .

As i have already mentioned people have unblocked their files under the table, and Bahria town has decided we should get more amount by disclosing official fair policy. This decision is obviously a good news for those who had cancelled files, but if we see what impact it has on rate, then it will go more down this month, because those still not have installments they will prefer to sale, and selling quantity will go high and rate will go more low.

Restoration fee detail

– Restoration fee for down paid residential files

• 125 sq yard 25,000
• 250 sq yard 50,000
• 500 sq yard 75,000

-Restoration fee for one paid files

• 125 sq yard 15,000
• 250 sq yard 35,000
• 500 sq yard 65,000

– Restoration fee for commercial files

• 125 sq yards 500,000
• 200 sq yards 1,000,000

– Restoration fee for Bahria homes Karachi files

• 125 sq yards 400,000
• 200 sq yards 500,000

-Restoration fee for Bahria apartment Karachi files

• 2 bed apartment 200,000
• 3 bed apartment 250,000
• 4 bed apartment 300,000

The restoration fees for homes, apartment & commercial are too high, well now you have to submit four installments with these above noted restoration fee before 13 March 2015.
