Pace Pakistan Ltd. has launched their first residential project with the name of Pace Woodlands. Pace is a famous name which has launched many successful projects earlier. They have started their journey with a commercial shopping place with the name of Pace in Gulberg – Lahore. It is said to be of famous political leader and ex-captain of Pakistan’s cricket team Mr. Imran Khan. But as the time passes we come to know that now Mr. Salman Taseer (Governor of Punjab) has the control of Pace with having more shares in hand.
After their first project they have launched many others. Some are completed and functioning while others are under construction. They have projects like Pace Model Town Link Road – Lahore, Pace GT Road – Gujrat, Pace GT Road – Gujranwala, Pace Fortress Stadium – Lahore, Pace M.M.Alam Road – Lahore which are finished are active. While there are some projects which are under construction such as Pace Towers – Lahore and Pace Circle – Lahore. Pace Circle is near to Lahore International Airport which will be acting as a multipurpose building. It is said to have famous Hyatt Regency in it too.

Let me tell you little casual details about this housing society. Location wise it is on a good place only but a patch of one and a half kilometer which consist of traditional bazaar. It is a small society have two parks, one water tank, underground electricity, basic utilities and one gate at the moment. Society consist of only 7, 8 and 9 Marla constructed houses though you have an option whether to buy Finished House or Gray Structure. Price ranges from 4.75 million to 7.5 million. If you can do the finishing by yourself in less than 2 million than its good for you. Other wise if you need any different kind of finishing then you can do it as per your own choice.
They have some place at the back which they have sold to limited two to three builders. They will build 5 Marla houses on that place which will be sold then as a complete constructed house. So they are not selling any plots there, secondly 5 Marla house is not yet started. They are focusing on their own constructed houses and then they have planned to give another backside way to 5 Marla houses so they could construct house their easily. This way it won’t disturb the residence of Pace Woodlands. Many houses has been sold, one can see that after looking the society where they have placed the SOLD sign on the houses which are sold.
Right now there are only 5 families living there but recently they have given keys to more 25 families.
