From a long time Bahria town investors are suffering due to lack of development in new areas like sector “F” and “golf view residencia”. Lot of people inquired me about balloting of sector F and development of Golf. My answer to all those investors was ” LDA policies was a big hurdle in new development”. Bahria town was even suffering from this law, LDA banned conversion of agricultural land into residential societies few years back, now this ban is lifted and people who were concerned about not approved blocks and especially new development can feel relax, now Bahria town make un approved blocks approved and new they can announce new projects. So when next balloting of F will come?
this is really question that should seriously ask to bahria town management. well. actual the primary issue is the land acquisition. The area which bahria town have for sector-F is completely developed & ready for possession. When ever bahria will get a land then development is not an issue for bahria .
Why we do investment ? To make a profitable transaction, there is no doubt Bahria town has earned us profits but at a cost of loss to someone. At Bahria town buy/sell, there is no win-win for both parties, you buy file at 10 sell at 17 lacs, you are lucky, but buyer at 17 lacs will be pissed for the time. Same is the case with every transaction we make. While at DHA you invest safely and there are mostly win-win situations for both the parties.
P.S. This is a thorough thought and I don’t want a debate over it, comments are welcome and I still invest in Bahria myself lol.

I have a 10 marla file in Bahria Town Lahore Golf View Residencia – North side. I bought it in late 2013 and paid 13 lakh own.
I have 2 questions?
1- How much is the current price if I want to sell it?
2- Is it a good idea to sell this and buy in Bahria Town Karachi? If yes, what should I buy in Karachi?
