if we look on Sector-c commercial , lots of commercial building on construction mode due to property dealers are paying very handsome rent, and rare availability on ground floor. and also the rates of Sector- C commercial continue towards upwards. actually Sector-C is now consider one of the mature and out class located sector. So the people having investments in Sector-C they shouldn’t be worried,
I guess before launching of Sector-F , Investor poured their money in mature block , and sector-E was traded on map not like sector-F , Civic, and Golf, but when Sector-F and Golf city launched people invested money blindly and then outcome in the term of speculation Market. one the major point here which we almost not consider it, According to islamic point of view you , the transaction of forms and files are not allowed, we are doing it from last eight months in Sector- F and Golf.
In last yeas in november 2012 the market was on moving so fast and now this year it is reversed. well in the end i must say Investors and realtors dont be disappointed. we hope market will start positive direction after 10th of Muharram,
