Under which department this housing society work and who are the authorities to take the decisions regarding to this society.
Location:
In this we tell about the location of the housing society. It’s address and guide way in informal words to reach that housing society.
Land:
Certain housing society is on how much piece of land. We mention this in terms of Kanal or Acre. This includes all the plots, parks, roads and whole area of the housing society which is approved to have that certain housing society.
Categories:
How many plots are there in certain housing society and what are there categories. Means what are the plot sized available in that housing society. Sometimes we explain according to each phase or plot but mostly we take it as whole housing society.
If that housing society is selling constructed houses then we tell the different categories of houses in that housing society with details of house. Other wise we mention the plot sizes available in that housing society.
Prices:
We mention prices in table which summon up the lot of information in decent way. Let me explain you about each column separately below:
- First column is of Phase, so one get to know in which Phase this property is.
- Second column is of property type in which one get to know that whether it is a residential plot, commercial plot, house, apartment etc.
- In third column on get to know the area of that property i.e. how much Marla, Kanal or square feet etc.
- This column tells us about the rates of certain property. One thing to note is these are the rates from where that specific category starts (Rate Starting From) because in same category there is a big range of price difference.
Note: It is important thing to note that when there are more categories of plot in table then it don’t keep on lengthening rather give page numbers below. Installment Plan:
For new housing societies we write the installment plan completely that after how many days we have to give how many amount. Complete time schedule and payment schedule. Also mention the hidden charges or development charges of the housing society. Payment one has to pay at the time of possession etc.
Payment Procedure:
When the society is old then we tell about it’s payment procedure because at that time we know that payment has to be done One Time. So we mention the charges one has to bear other than the property price. Charges like transfer fees, membership fees, C.V.T. etc.
Living Condition:
This is also for only old housing societies which are completely sold and people are living in it. Through this one get to know the population of the people living in housing society and what are the conditions of markets and places nearby to certain society. This help people to make decision if someone is thinking to shift in that housing society.
Investment Suggestion:
If there is any housing society which is HOT for investment then we mention this heading and give investment suggestions.
