Well for whom wants to make their home in bahira town , so i think this is a good opportunity and should grab it, because the you can get a good 10 Marla residential plot at the price of 50 to 60 lacs and similarly can get 1 kanal 90 to 110 lac . if we go back five or six months back the rates of above mentioned plots were near to above noted price.
Now i think if rates is gonna start of residential plots it will easily add 2 millions in no time, and people whom thinking want to buy plot , will give up . and then it will go more upwards.
In future people will do wish , they could got plots in bahria town. so i recommends the people if you have money so choose bahria town lahore. no other place like Bahria Town . In future you will do only wish. so take a wise decision if your moneys are in bank , release it and get plots in Bahria town as soon as possible.

Dear Usman, Please advise the Golf view,Lahore map status did Bahria announced or not yet ? After map announcement how much price increase is expected for confirmed plots facing golf.
Further there is no progress neither news in sector F and Bahria Green Valley. Please update when these sectors will increase.

dear , they promised the Golf and sector-F map should have been disclose on 15th November. due to holidays of muharrma it couldn’t been happened. well it must be on this month according to Malik Ali Riaz statement. and according to mr ali the 70 percent plot will face the golf park , and there are also golf location files are for sale these files must be locate on facing golf park that why the rates of golf location files have 6 lac more onn.
well Green Valley map will be disclosed on 1st january 2013. and the other thing you ask for the rates i guess in six month the rates of golf location plots will be above 60 so it will give 1 million plus in six months. and rates of green valley rates will increase or better after map
