Bahria Town Karachi is launching a new commercial with the name of Jinnah Avenue Commercial and claims that it will be a Pakistan Prime Commercial at 400 feet road and going to designed like Sheikh Zaid Road Dubai. Well in today’s ad, Bahria town also claims this commercial project is the best project among Bahria town’s old commercials and midway commercials. Yes I agree this will be a main commercial of Bahria Town Karachi since its located at the main entrance.

Registration Forms Price:

The registration form of Jinnah Avenue Commercial Bahria Town Karachi will be available soon. This indicates forms speculation and in dealers dictionary (SATTA) will start on these registration forms. The booking of registration forms of Jinnah Avenue commercial has been started. Dealers are booking registration form at the price of 125,000 to 150,000 profit / ON. There is no confirmation news of original price of registration. Well, let’s see how Bahria Town will successfully launch registration forms of Jinnah Avenue Commercial in a dead market of Karachi. But my intrinsic feeling Bahria Town will be successful probably due to location of this project.

From the experience of speculative market I conclude you can earn one million in a day in forms / files and another day you can lose more than million. In the end you will be at level or most of time in loss. Only Bahria Town and Realtor / Dealers are in profit at the end of the day.

    Malik Riaz Decoit another way to deceive people. In 2013 malik Riaz harami and his rascal agents looted innocent people on the name of project Civic Commercial in Lahore.
    I will request you to keep your money away fro. Such a clever and hungry malik riaz . he will deceive you in the end. After 3 years there is no location for civic commercial . no dolphin show park no dancing fountain .. No dubai like boulivards in civic commercial only fraud by the rascal malik Riaz. Civic commercial map changed 3 times till now. Many fake notices distributed by bahria. Total Fraud.

    Downpayment for the. Civic commercial 5 marla was 50 lack and today it is minus 30 .. Means you are left with just 20 lack and if u have submitted the installments then you are gone to minus 100 lack. Don’t trust malik Riaz and bahria.

      @ Dear Asim I agree with your statements but not entirely , Well who told you civic commercial in 30 lac minus , Civic commercial is at 13 to 14 lac minus and bahria town is not demanding the instalments in civic and green valley not likely DHA has taken all instalments and location is yet to announce,

        comparing DHA with Bahria is like comparing apples with oranges.. DHA thrives on the name of army and people will secure while Bahria can only thrive if they deliver. if they delay projects like DHA then people will feel insecure that Malik Riaz will escape etc. while with DHA people know that ARmy will stay as long as pakistan is intact.
        plus what do yu say about sector f?? Bahria has taken all the installments and still there is no location. can yu defend this???

          Yes i agree i am not defending sector-f, but as you know 30% of Sector-F is on ground with 15 lac to 20 lac onn. Issue is just land and nothing else. your statement logically i agree with you. Well, there is no Housing Society in Pakistan delivered timely as Bahria delivered in time. I have seen so many housing schemes still jungle launched 25 years ago.

            they have to continue to deliver to stay alive in market. they are fools if they think that they will keep on selling dreams only and people will blindly follow. i can guarantee you if Bahria launches another project now in lahore, they will struggle to sell even a single plot. their reputation is badly hit and no one is willing to do anything also. malik riaz never speaks about lahore anymore..its like Lahore is a step child of bahria

    Usman, what is this civic commercial?? I have seen many negative comments about it? Since 2013 amd todate people are claiming about civic commercial fraud. But the brouchers and bahria notice regarding shows totally a different picture like dolphin show, dancing fountain, bahria head office and boulivards are being developed etc.
    Mostly people are claiming fraud, corruption blah blah. If it is true then why hell are you defending bahria?

      civic commercial is a 5 % part of bahria town , who says i am defending ? I just portray the real picture in front of you people. Yes I agree civic commercial and bahria greens are the project diluting the bahria town image. and i always criticise you may check in my each article i always mention these issues on the behalf ot these two projects I cant say the entire bahria town is fraud. In lahore bahria town has delivered 80%

    i want to ask the question from sir MALIK RIAZ please let us..
    i bought bahria golf city 500 in worth rupees 2261000 down payment plus 275000 ON total 2536000 i paid for this and the dealer says 2261000 is down payment of this plot right.so why it is in minus infant minus from down payment why???? this time my plot worth is arround 1700000 i am very disappointed sir ?

        Bahria Town is nothing more than a gamblers den and Bahria Town management including most of the dealers and Malik Riaz are just fraudsters.

        But doing cheap market tactics and flashy advertisements BTK would not be able to attar at new fishes after civic commercial Lahore fraud in 2013.

    our bureaucracy is involved each and everything like recent issue of axact and bol one phone call from Islamabad stopped F.I.A enquiry because some peoples are itself interest they d’not want to national interest who can call him to F.I.A search this black sheep and warn it,and hung out ..
