Well this project has not been started as yet. They had claimed that phase 2 will be completed till Jan 2017 but Kings Cottages Phase 1 is still not completed so how come Phase II will be ready for living. Although KBSA had already been issued N.O.C for Kings Cottages Plot to develop Ground +2 but Kings Builders launched Kings Cottages Phase II with Ground + 4 project which has now become big issue.

Now management asking to take refund by putting statement we do not have NOC to work. Do u have any news like that…
