Market Update Bahria Orchard Lahore.

Ring road is going to be completed on August 14th and PML (N) government will inaugurate it any cost in order to gain an advantage in the upcoming election. The completion of ring road means that distance of Raiwind road from Lahore airport will be only 15 minutes which is previously 1.5 hours. This will be a huge milestone for all the societies situated on main raiwind road because they will be connected to the main Lahore city.

Please do remember when ring road was completed previously the prices in DHA Phase 5 and Phase 6 were increased tremendously. The investments were almost doubled within months after the inauguration of ring road previously and this is expected to happen this time as well.

    The ring road next part Sl3 will pass through bahria town next year.Definetely it will make positve impact on baria town.The major reason is apprroach, bahria town will have a driect access to airport and citiside.

      I dont think, Choose on grounds options instead of files.
      Bahria paradise is map not relased so far, No confirn date of ballot & map.

    USman Sb .. NO reply from your side. As I mentioned in the above message that I had purchased on ground developed plot in Bahria Al Rahmat Commercial 4 Marla Semi Commercial plt.

    The main attraction was that It is already developed. Now there is no news. Please update?

      haroon sb as i havent much command on Al-Rehmat Project, if bahria will complete Al rehmat development timely then it will surely go up. This project is not as popular as other projects to bahria realtor.
      Well, i guess and hope there will be no fraud more.
      moreover i will get back to you after gather current position of Al-Rehmat.

    Kindly give us very reasonable advise regarding Bahria Education & Medical City Sue-e-Asal Road. Actually I want to build my house here in EMC but there is no population in this area. Is there any impact of Ring Road Opening???

      I personally recommend if you can switch to bahria orchard then do it, because for living point of view EMC will take time. we are seeing the ring road major impact on riawind road not sue-e-asal.
