Well, I have written the previous article about Bahria golf city and overseas block, today I am just sharing my views on this ad. This announcement tells the story, I have never seen this type of announcement before, whenever Bahria town launch its new project . Well this statement shows that for selling of overseas block project, Bahria town announced these offers even when they don’t suit to Bahria town. Golf city files have been already sold to dealers and investors so how they will involve in the race of first 50 to win the Mercedes Benz and Toyota cars , and what will be the criteria and how they will filter our first 50 submitted files, the policy is hidden. This announcement is just to grab the attention of overseas Pakistanis and they just want to sell their project. Because current market of Bahria town Karachi is really down and no one is willing to purchase and why people should they give more money for just tagging of overseas block and in return they will get the same facilities. As I mentioned in this project of Bahria golf city that is now about 600,000 in minus and they are saying after success of Bahria golf city we are launching Bahria overseas block in golf city.

Well, the positive point in this ad is balloting, which is a good thing, if they will fulfill their commitment of balloting in 3 weeks at least people will come to know the location of plot in a map. This is only good sign in this newspaper ad. Well as I always mentioned in my every post bahria town is always a good place investment in real estate sector. I am just surprised at the extreme speculation in Bahria town Karachi that disturbed the real potential customers and investors too.

yes i agree with you rajab khan , Development is in process in bahria golf lahore, well i think this year bahria lahore market will get a huge jump and sector -f file in depression as u know due to land once the land will hire situation will change in sector F
Usman I believe this cars giving advertisement is inspired by Dubai’s DAMAC project. DAMAC is giving Merc and different other brand cars with booking of villas.

This is not a bad thing but Ur point of view is right that Bahria Town DIDN’T DO IT PROPERLY. Criteria seems to be biased.
BT reputation going down due to lahore sector F thats why offering car in golf city khi.It is rquest to overseas for booking.It is not good.
