Al-Qaddar homes also offers discount for all sizes of houses if you pay lump sump amount or full cash payment at the time booking you can avail 10 % discount .

Allocation amount is 25 % of the total amount ,

Confirmation amount will be paid after 60 days of booking .

Member ship fee is Rs 5,000/- .

If customer will pay 15 % down payment than member ship will be wave off .

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer .
