Safoors residency also offers discount for every size of apartment if you pay full payment at the time of booking you can avail 10 % discount .
Notes :

Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable by customer ,

These charges are not added in payment plans and payable after booking on demand ,

All extra charges will be paid after booking with in 180 days ,

All installments must be deposited before 10th of every month ,

The allocation of unit will remain provisional until all payments is received ,
