- Corner plots : 10 %
- Main boulevard plots : 10 %
- Main boulevard + Corner plots : 10 %
These charges are same for each size of residential plot

There is also a discount offer for every size of residential plot if you pay full cash payment at the time of booking you can avail 10 % discount ,
Notes :
- Documentation charges of electricity , water and gas are extra charges and payable after booking
- These charges are not added in payment plans and will be paid by customer on demand
- All extra charges will be paid after booking in specific days ,
- All payments made in form of demand draft , pay order in favor of hadi builder and developers ,
- In case of cancellation of allotment 10 % amount will be deducted ,
