P&D phase 2 housing scheme offering different sizes of plots and all the rates and instalment plans are also vary with the size of plot .this housing scheme categorize into tow payment plans one for government employees and other is for common peoples .

Payment schedule for Government employees :

For 5 marla :

• actual price = Rs 390,000/-
• down payment with processing fee = Rs 53,200/-
• instalment = Rs 58,000/-

For 7.5 Marla :

• Actual price = Rs 585,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 68,300/-
• Instalment = Rs 88,000/-

For 10 Marla :

• Actual price = Rs 780,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 83,400/-
• Instalment = Rs 118,000/-

For 1 kanal :

• Actual price = 1,460,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 121,600/-
• Instalment = Rs 225,000/-

Payment schedule for other than gov employees :

For 5 marla :

• Actual price = Rs 429,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 62,200/-
• Instalment = Rs 63,000/-

For 7.5 Marla :

• Actual price = Rs 643,500/-
• Down payment = Rs 78,800/-
• Instalment = Rs 96,000/-

For 10 marla :

• Actual price = Rs 858,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 101,400/-
• Instalment = Rs 128,000/-

For 1 kanal :

• Actual price = Rs 1606,000/-
• Down payment = rs 147,600/-
• Instalment = Rs 245,000/-

these are the details of instalment plan for all sizes of plot . The application forms for plots are available at all branches of the Bank of punjab or you can also download it from website .
