All documentation charges of electricity , water and gas connections charges are extra charges and same for all plots which will be payable by customer on demand ,

These extra charges are same for all residential plots .
Note :

These extra charges are payable on demand and must be paid by customer within 180 days after booking ,

All installments must be paid before 10 th of each month .

All payments made in form o demand draft , pay order and cheque .

In case of cancellation of agreement booking amount will not be refundable .

Customer can not transfer his or her ownership untill all payments will not completed .
