• 2 kanal

Installment plan for 1 kanal :

• Total price = Rs 4,000,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 400,000/-
• Confirmation = Rs 400,000/-
• Allocation = Rs 400,000/-
• Monthly installment = Rs 37,500/-
• On possession = Rs 400,000/-

Installment plan for 2 kanal plot :

• Total price = Rs 7,300,000/-
• Down payment = Rs 715,000/-
• Confirmation = Rs 715,000/-
• Allocation = Rs 715,000/-
• Monthly installment = Rs 75,000/-
• On possession = Rs 655,000/-

Booking :

Booking for residential plots will be done through first come first served basis their is no procedure of balloting .

Note :

• 10 % extra charge on main road and corner plots .
• 8 % extra charge on facing park plot .
• and 15 % extra charge on main road corner residential plot .
• Extra charges will be payable by buyer within 180 days after booking of plots .
