I have written on Jinnah Avenue Commercial Bahria Town Karach on a couple of days ago. Though I mentioned that the forms price will rise but my predicted assessment went wrong. Booking forms were started by dealers four days ago at the price of 125,000 ONN and went down day by day. Yesterday forms were traded between 10,000 to 25,000 ONN only. Without registration the prices went up to 100,000 and form the price of Jinnah Avenue Commercial is 1,000 only. But the Investors and Dealers purchased Jinnah Avenue Commercial forms at every price.
Well, Today bahria town has given these forms publicly through their offices and UBL assigned branches. Now today the form price of Jinnah Avenue Commercial is Rs 1,000. Those purchased from last few days have lost their handsome money, because most of People purchased these forms at BULK Quantity. If Bahria Town has given limited forms through dealers than rates will definitely rise as we had news that Bahria town will give these forms only through dealers with very limited quantity and some of sources told Mr Shahid Qureshi ( G.M Bahria Town) said to dealers, Jinnah Avenue forms will be given through dealers, So these all news were made form the high prices but when ONN started down eventually, the Dealers started giving logical prices as they went down due to booking on Dealers Office letter-pad, Once the forms are available the rates will rise but these are all logics , assessments, predictions proved wrong after today’s ad given by Bahria Town. Those who purchased Jinnah avenue commercial forms at the price of 50,000 plus must be heartbroken and no more interested in submission of registration.
Now the question is thithe time to buy registration of Jinnah avenue commercial without onn/profit.? If you ask to me than my answer is YES. Because at level you are risk free Bahria town has also given offer if registration holder will not successful in ballot than they can adjust 300,000 against other assigned project of Bahria Town Karachi. I predict again rates will definitely go high after submission of registration. On the other hand rates will go also in minus, like we have seen in OPAL 225 AND HOSHANG Pearl. Both possibilities can happen. There will be many session of up and down of Jinnah avenue commercial before registration and after submission of registration. Well, I have seen today long queue outside the UBL Bank so if any one interested can go to ubl bank purchase registration of JINNAH AVENUE COMMERCIAL at the price of 100,000 and other advise dont submit registration enrolled with your name before 25th May 2015. Because Open registration forms will trade before 25th May 2015 ( the last date of submission of registration). Make one thing assure dont purchase Jinnah Avenue Commercial forms without Banks Stamp, if you purchase through dealers than Dealers stamp and signature required to avoid FAKE FORMS.
Discount to JINNAH AVENUE COMMERCIAL Applicants
- Those applicant will successful in ballot for Jinnah avenue commercial will having 2,000,000 ( Two million discount) adjust in second instalment of Jinnah avenue commercial after launching of project. ( in my point of view this is only attraction and nothing else, Payment plan and price is not announced by Bahria town, they set 2 million extra at the time of launching and people will happy they are getting 2 millions discount)

Well, The purpose of this registration to engage investors to keep investment in bahria town projects rather than investing in Fazaia registration , Citi Housing and other. You will see speculative market soon in this project, and i think actual project will be launched at least after six months.

You have to buy through Pakistan, I have written pro & cons . There is nothing confirmation in Bahria town especially in Forms/ Files market based on many factors.
100k just for registration is too much and Sounds illegal to me because if only 10k people got registered, they will have 1 billion rupees and launch project after 6 month. Imagine what you can do with 1 Billion rupees which you generated by selling forms.
Any one can inform that what is the actual price of form and which bank is assigned for submission of form with registration fees.
