As per CDA last date of submission of forms for booking is 1st oct, 2013.
For booking you must have Broucher of CDA in which all details about sector E-12 and D-12 , rules & regulation about booking or detailed procedure is provided . The price of this broucher is Rs 3000/= .
these brouhers are available at designated branches of MCB and Askari Bank ltd .

Application procedure of booking
- Applications on original forms will only be entertained which are available with this brochers.
- Applications filled with along Rs 2000/- processing fee for each plot and 50% downpayment in shape of payorder in favor of CDA.
- Application forms could be submitted till 1st oct.
- Balloting for the alotment held at 7 oct .Attested copy of CNIC along with two recent photographs(passport size) must be attached with application form
- Refund will be start after the completion of allotment of plots
The alotment of plots after submission of form will be done through balloting at 7 oct . those cndidates who apply but didnt aloted plots in sector D-12 and E-12 will be paid and refund in pak rupees after completion of balloting and all procedures.
